Back by popular demand, Ratio Beerworks has once again partnered with Novo Coffee for a grand celebration of some of Denver’s most prolific creators of craft beer, coffee, coffee beers and brunch. Cool Beans Beer & Coffee Fest, taking place March 10, 2018 from 10am – 1pm, aims to showcase the diversity of flavors that can emerge from the use of differing coffee bean varieties, various levels of roasts, and how all of those flavors can be highlighted or enhanced when infused in an array of beer styles.

Coffee beers are no longer confined to solely stouts and porters, instead Cool Beans aims to display how Cascara coffee’s dried stone fruit characteristics can meld perfectly with a French Saison or a fruit forward IPA. Or how a rich dark roast can be enhanced by the blank canvas of an American Standard Ale.

This year’s festival will feature an expanded field of participating coffee roasters with the addition of Huckleberry Roasters and Method Roasters, who will also be in attendance to sample and demo some of their innovative approaches toward coffee. Additionally, Novo Coffee will also be treating attendees to a rare opportunity to sample Geisha tea, steeped with flowers from the Geisha coffee plant. And for good measure, Ratio has once again teamed up with the great folks at The Real Dill to offer a bloody beer, as well as The Real Dill’s collaboration with Novo Coffee on a coffee infused pickle.

But we all know you can’t drink on an empty stomach as every truly inspired boozy brunch calls for the inclusion of a hearty base. Tickets to Cool Beans Beer & Coffee fest also include donut holes fried on-site from Glazed and Confuzed Doughnuts, a brunch offering from RiNo’s newest culinary addition in Julep, bacon from Bacon Social House. And attendees will also receive commemorative Ratio camper coffee mug.

Finally, for the first time ever, Ratio will be debuting the limited bottle release of Novo Coffee-infused Hold Steady Chocolate Rye Scotch Ale in 11 oz bottles, that same morning. With only 100 bottles available for sale, attendees of Cool Beans Beer & Coffee Festival will have the first opportunity to purchase these bottles before Ratio opens to the general public at Noon.

Tickets are currently on sale for $30 via http://bit.ly/cool-beans-2018
